Thyme honey
 It is considered a honey of excellent quality. Its production accounts for approximately 10% of the total honey production in Greece.


 Taste : Thyme honey has a pleasant taste, but sometimes it leaves a burning sensation in the mouth due to its high concentration of fructose.
 Nutritional value: Thyme honey is said to have a tonic and antiseptic effect. It is rich in trace elements (iron, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium) and nutrients and has a high content of fructose, vitamin A, beta-carotene, B vitamins and minerals.
