This particular type of olive is grown on the Halkidiki Peninsula and carefully harvested by hand from September to early October.
Large, premium quality olives with soft flesh, delicate aromas and extremely good taste.
In Greece these olives are called "Stafida" which means raisin, that's what these olives look like and they have a sweet taste.
Black traditionally produced Chalkidiki olives, salted for 6 months and turned weekly.
