This extra virgin olive oil from the early harvest is produced from Halkidiki and Galano olives. Only the finest green olives from select olive groves in the Metaggitsi region are used to create this unique quality olive oil. This results in an exceptionally low acidity level of no more than 0.2%.
 Golden yellow with slight green reflections, mild and fruity in taste, not very bitter yet sharp in the finish – these are the signs of the best quality!
