Therefore, our mission and goal is to produce a high-quality olive oil with every harvest and make it available to our customers.

Every country and every place has its own history and its own olive varieties that naturally developed in that location.

We now welcome you to the Chalkidiki peninsula, the birthplace of the world-famous green Chalkidiki olive.

80% of the population of Chalkidiki is involved in the cultivation and production of olives.

Our village of Metaggitsi is the olive oil village on the Chalkidiki peninsula, renowned for its olive oil production. For generations, the villagers have primarily cultivated their native "Galani" olive variety, which is used for olive oil production.

After our approximately 2-hour olive oil seminar with tasting, in the middle of our small olive grove, you will get to know our high-quality olive oil from the region and will be able to answer these and other questions yourself.

Drinks and cold traditional dishes made with our olive oil will be available to you during our seminar.

After participating in our seminar, you will receive a certificate of participation as a memento and our brochure with all the information for future reference.
